The Basque Plan Against Climate Change is based on two big pillars: MITIGATION and ADAPTATION. Mitigation is the reflection of our commitment towards the Earth and future generations. Adaptation is understood as the commitment with Basque citizens. We have come into action because we know that facing climate chonge is sensible, as well as environmeritally, socially and economically worthwhile.
