Traditional Basque cuisine within an informal atmosphere, which is located by Getaria harbour. The cook, Pili Manterola, continues with the work started by her grandfather, founder of the establishment. Fish and seafood dishes prevail. Sea motifs decoration. No car park.

The winery was founded in the 17th century, when the underground cellar, now used for maturing, was tunnelled out of the rock. The excellent wines come from the vineyards with an average of 20 years. Moreover, they have a private dining room. You can also see antiques, including old farming implements, 16th and 17th century chests, copper vessels, old lamps and other items.

Scrambled eggs with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 kg. de "perretxiko" mushrooms
10 eggs
Olive oil
Salt
Recipe:
Clean the mushrooms with a teatowel and cut in pieces. Fry them over a low heat with a bit of salt until cooked. Transfer them to another fry-pan with a bit of oil and over a high heat add the unbeaten eggs and salt to taste. Stir without letting the egg settle completely, and serve.
