Apart from enjoying an extraordinary atmosphere, these weekly or even daily markets and fairs from numerous towns and cities of Euskadi enable visitors to know first hand the reality of our primary sector.

Apple Fair in Errezil
December 7th will be a very special day for Errezil inhabitants. Every year, the town holds the Apple Fair on the first Sunday in December. The fair aims to boost and spread the local apples –for many, the best in Gipuzkoa. Errezilgo Azoka and Atala Kultur Elkartea are responsible for arranging such event. Besides, those who attend will find derivates of apple, such as natural cider, jam, compote and delicious desserts.

But if your are not satisfied, you will have the chance to enjoy a practice show of how cider was made in past times. Step by step they will explain the complex process of cider making and several stands displaying handicrafts will also be installed.
